Crystal Wade, PMHNP-BC, we provide personalized evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing mental health support for individuals living with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and other behavioral health concerns. Meet Crystal Wade, PMHNP-BC
Crystal Wade is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with nearly a decade of frontline experience in emergency trauma care, child abuse response, and adolescent behavioral health. Her work in high-acuity healthcare settings inspired a passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care focused on early intervention and long-term support.
She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric mental health from Chamberlain University. Crystal has experience evaluating and treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), PTSD, personality disorders, conduct disorders, and other mental health conditions.
Her goal is to create a welcoming, culturally responsive environment where children, teens, and adults feel understood, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.
